  • I would like to rent Garage Ball for weekly team practices. How do I do this?

  • How do we get access to Garage Ball?

    Access to our facility can be gained through the following ways:

    • Purchase a membership and reserve a time:  You will be e-mailed a pin code that will be used to enter 10 minutes before your reserved time.  
    • Arrive with a member that has purchased a gust pass for you (1 time use only)
    • You can purchase a 1 day membership as well.  
    • Attend a camp, tournament, or league.
    • Purchase a 1 time batting cage time slot
    • Rent for your team or event (such as a birthday party)

  • How old do you have to be to become a member?

    • 16+ years old, you can purchase a membership and access the facility by yourself.  
    • 15 years and under will require a parent membership.  You will need parent supervision anytime you are at the facility, with the exception of attending a camp or clinic.   

  • Why are you a membership based business?

    With our technology, you will be able to access the facility and schedule times.  This is based on users being members.  We feel this is a great way for our community to be able to access our facility based on the availability and membership levels.

  • What are the different membership levels you offer?

    We offer many different membership options.  The levels of membership are based on how many reservations you can make in the facility during the course of a week.  Levels range from 1 to 4 times per week.  Each reservation is for 1 hour.  For more information, click here!  

  • How many people can Garage Ball accommodate at one time?

    Our facility is about 4,200 square feet.  We have 1 bathroom.  The facility can accommodate up to about 14 people including coaches.  We have 3 batting cages and the facility can be set up for many different stations.  So a team of 12 plus 2 coaches works best.   

  • What type of equipment is at Garage Ball? What do I need to bring with me?

    We will provide almost everything you need.  We have wiffle balls, jugs balls (softer), baseballs, buckets, hitting nets, batting cages, pitching mounds.  We also have a jugs lite-flight pitching machine.  This machine throws the softer jugs balls, but simulates real pitching and has a realistic feel when making contact.  


    Bring your own bat, helmet, and gloves.   If you want, you can also bring your own baseballs, softballs and equipment.   

  • If I have a membership, can I bring a non-member to a time I have reserved?

    Yes, but you must purchase a guest pass for them.  You can do that through your membership portal.  

  • Can we take infield practice at Garage Ball?

    Yes, there is space to do some infield practice.  Please read all signs in the facility to understand the best way to do this.  

  • Can I get together with other members to reserve a time?

    Yes.  We encourage you to work with another member.  Max of 2 members from a different household per reservation.   To do this, everyone must be 16 years old or be accompanied by an adult!  

  • How do I reserve a time slot and access your facility?

    • Download the Gymmaster App and reserve your time slot through the app here!  
    • Once you have the app, you can use your smartphone (Android or Apple) to access our Bluetooth door access reader.  You will also be issued a PIN number to access the facility during times you reserved.   

  • I would like to get some lessons for my child, how do I do this?

    Please email us at garageballusa@gmail.com to learn more.  Our rates start at $65 per hour.  We also highly encourage partner training for younger players as this allows for active recovery time between reps.  

  • Is your facility set up for fast pitch or slow pitch softball?

    Yes, softballs can be hit in our cage.  We also have a softball pitching mound.

  • What are your coaching credentials?

    • Brian Meeter has been coaching youth sports for over 20 years.  He has experience from Park & Rec level through Division I.  Brian is a founding employee of Trusted Coaches and helped to develop the training and programming to train over 30,000 coaches.   
    • Brian’s Coaching Philosophy:  My ideal baseball or softball player is a good athlete with a great attitude.  Skills can be developed in good athletes if the athlete is willing to work hard. 

    • Ryan Mashak is a Holmen native and played youth sports in Holmen.  He also has children who are involved in various sports/activities in Holmen.  Ryan has been coaching youth sports at the Park & Rec level through the high school level as an assistant and head coach in the surrounding area.  Ryan also completed the USA Baseball Coaches Certification Program.
  • Have your coaches passed a background check? What other certifications do they have that would make me comfortable with them coaching my kids?

    Yes.  Our coaches must pass a background check, concussion training, and a course about the Safe Sports Act.  This is all done through the Trusted Coaches program.   Learn more at www.trustedcoaches.org

  • I am a coach for hire, how do I get access to coach athletes at Garage Ball?

    Thank you for your interest.  All coaches work for us.  If you are interested, please contact us to learn how we can work together.  The exception is the coach / parent working with his/her own children.  Please drop us an email at garageballusa@gmail.com to learn more.   

  • What if I want to rent out your space for a special event or birthday party?

  • Membership Cancellation

    If you wish to cancel your membership, email us at garageballusa@gmail.com.  You must do this in order to end any charges for your monthly membership.  Refunds will not be given if you fail to notify us of your intention to cancel your membership.   You can also email us if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership!
