Swing Fit @ Garage Ball

What is Swing Fit?  Swing Fit is a summer baseball hitting and fitness program.

Dates:  Every Tuesday and Thursday June 4-July 11.

What's Included?  2.5 hours of hitting instruction and fitness each week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

  1. We will incorporate speed and power drills to improve bat speed
  2. Video swing analysis using HitTrax and Blast Technologies:
  3. Swing Fit is designed specifically for baseball players.  .

Why Choose Swing Fit?

  1. Our program is designed to keep your kids fit and healthy during the baseball season.   Injuries can happen, swings speeds can drop, kids can slump, fatigue can set in.  Swing Fit can help to minimize the chances that will happen.

Our Training Techniques:

  1. We use a mix of medicine ball training, overload and underload training principles, and exercise science to build a better swing.
  2. Our coaches have had training using proven techniques developed by Driveline, Inc, along with other exercise science programs.

Sunday Night Fun Night
